2009 has been a year of exploration, change, growth, challenge and fulfillment. I am really in awe of all that has happened over the last 12 months with this little hobby that quickly turned into a real live business. And that is thanks to you, my clients and readers-- so many of whom have now become friends. You have made me smile, made me laugh, even made me cry tears of emotion and happiness. So as this year concludes, I thank you, each and every one. I look forward to 2010 with happy anticipation for all that it may have in store. I am not a big one for resolutions; rather, goals I'd like to attain. I won't share them here, since I keep my own hand-written list in our nightstand drawer-goals for family life, dreams for Paul and I, little ideas for our home... & I will say that many of our goals involve this business. I anticipate more changes and milestones for this busineess in the coming year, and look forward to sharing them with you as they occur. May you have many lovely moments in 2010.
And since it's currently snowing here in Connecticut, I end the year with this quote:
"The old year did not slip away in a green twilight, with a pinky-yellow sunset. Instead, it went out with a wild, white bluster and blow."
-Anne Shirley (spelled w/an 'E', of course! -- how else would I end out the year but w/a Lucy Maud Montgomery quote?)
