I think this shoot holds the record for 3 things:
1) It was the COLDEST session I've ever done-
2) Because of reason #1, it would also qualify as being the quickest shoot ever!
3) This is the first post that includes a contest... Keep reading--
We had very limited time to get 4 children in pictures and back in the van to warm up in between shots. I have to admit to being worried about how they would all hold up. They were so well-behaved, just doing what they were asked without complaining once. Even the little 2 year old was happy, as long as Mom was in his sight.
Because of the fierce weather, we abbreviated how many locations we would go to, but some beautiful pictures resulted, anyway. So, it goes to show that even with limited time and temperature, some great images can be had.
I love all of the pictures, but I'm especially glad for the ones of Jim and Shannon alone- somehow we parents sometimes forget to do those shots as a couple, and I know they'll be glad they did!
Thanks again to the kiddos for being so cooperative!

I'm thinking this image should be used on her profile at her website...?
So, the contest: Whoever can guess the exact location of this shoot wins a $10 gift card to Target! Leave a comment with your guess, and I'll draw the winner from all the correct answers. I'll announce the winner on Tuesday. (Even the person who gave me the idea for this location gets a chance to win-- you know who you are. And thank you!) For those who aren't from the area, I can ship the gift card.

I'll give these two hints:
1) It's not in Europe. :)
2) It's in the Tolland County area.
